Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing quality products and a transparent return and refund process. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Policy (India)

  • We accept returns within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging and tags intact
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Conditions

Returns or replacements are NOT accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Product is customized, stitched, or made-to-order
  • Sarees with fall and edging
  • Product returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is missing parts or original packaging
  • If customer says “I don’t like the product”
  • Minor color variation due to lighting, camera, or screen difference

📌 Example:
If you order RED and receive slightly different shade (dark red/maroon), it is not eligible for return
If you order PINK and receive BLACK → eligible for return


3. Size & Product Conditions

  • Size must be confirmed during order confirmation call
  • Once order is shipped → size change not allowed
  • If customer stitches or alters product → no return or exchange allowed
  • Washed products → strictly not accepted

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us:
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
  3. After approval:
    • Once the product is approved, we will arrange the shipping.
    • Call/WhatsApp confirmation required

5. Return Shipping

  • No return fee for:
    • Wrong product
    • Damaged/defective product

6. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving product
  • Refund will be done via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI (Google Pay / Paytm, etc.)

⚠ Important Notes:

  • No cash refund
  • Refund only after product inspection
  • Due to manual handling, small errors may occur — company decision will be final

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange only allowed if:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Product is defective/damaged
  • Exchange depends on stock availability
  • Customer must return original product first

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order
  • You can:
    • Send email
    • Inform during confirmation call
  • After shipping → no cancellation allowed
  • Address change:
    • Must be requested within 24 hours
    • After shipping → not possible

9. International / USA Return Policy

Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 10 days from delivery

Eligibility

  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Original packaging with tags
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable (International)

  • Used / damaged products
  • Customized / stitched / made-to-order items
  • Sarees with fall & edging
  • “Did not like product” reason
  • Clearance items

Return Process (International)

After approval, return instructions will be shared


Return Shipping (International)

  • Customer must ship product to India address
  • Shipping cost paid by customer
  • Trackable courier recommended

Refund (International)

  • Processed within 7 business days after receiving return
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Shipping charges non-refundable

Exchange (International)

  • Only for defective or wrong items
  • Subject to stock availability

Cancellation (International)

  • Allowed within 24 hours
  • After shipping → not allowed
